Kim Perry has been an active member of the Waller area for over 25 years. Previously, she has served the local school district as a librarian for twenty-three years and is excited to turn that community focus toward real estate. Kim received a Bachelor of Science from the University of Houston and a Master’s degree from A&M University. She has been married to Billy Perry, who also works for Waller ISD, for twenty-four years and has a nineteen year old daughter, Mary-Elizabeth, who is attending Texas A&M University. When Kim isn’t making homeownership dreams come true for her clients, she enjoys spending time gardening and decorating. As a proud member of the Waller County Land Company, Kim carries the values of hard work, integrity, and outstanding customer service into everything she does.
